The company has been an essential part of The Villages Food and Beverage Department providing high quality catering for group events from 50 to 1000’s. We have the ability to serve up to 2500 people at one time. We have serviced events like: The Phillips Golf Tournament, one of the largest golf tournaments in Florida with over 1000 golfers Concessions and catering for the nationally televised Gridiron Football Classic with over 15,000 attendees Florida Governor Jeb Bush’s inaugural event. President George W. Bush’s campaign visit to The Villages with over 23,000 attendees Fund-raising dinner events like: the Villages Cattle Barons Ball; Lake County Boys and Girls Club; and Leesburg Regional Medical Center’s Annual event. Christmas Season parties serving over 12,000 dinners in 3 weeks. Owned and operated by Edward F. Poplaski Director of Villages Catering since 1997 when I was hired to manage the La Hacienda Catering business for the Morse family. Took over ownership in 2005 Over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation. Food and Beverage Executive classification with the American Hotel and Motel Association. Our Commitment to Quality Our kitchens are managed by a Certified Chef All of our employees including managers, service staff and bartenders are Food Safety certified. Our ongoing Health Inspection reports receive high marks. All tables for our full-service events are  beautifully set with linen clothes and napkins, silverware and china. Service from beginning to end …. every event has a dedicated supervisor available for assistance. Our Service staff works the event right up until the last guest leaves. Our offices are located in the La Hacienda Recreation Center on Avenida Central in The Villages. We have multiple phone lines, and are computerized with internet access.
